At btw Sandyford we value our customers very highly. Service is everything to us and from the moment we meet you, we try to ensure the highest levels of service are given.
We have designed our showroom with the customer in mind. From our stunning Bathroom Settings to out spacious Floor Tile area and not to forget our beautifully laid out Wood Floor Studio.
Our talented and customer focused Sales designers will take you through every step of your renovation or new build. Our expertise is second to none and we have one of the most experienced Sales & Design teams in the country.
We are completely committed to great customer service. We will contact you after your project is complete, to ensure you are are happy with everything.
Depending on your requirements, we can deliver products within a day or two. If the products are more selective then it can take a few weeks.
Our Fitting Partners are usually booked about 8 weeks, in advance, so that usually influences the requirement for product delivery. For small jobs or emergencies, they can usually squeeze you in somewhere.
At this stage we hope you are very happy with everything and appoint us as your product supplier. If you don’t have your own Fitter/builder, then we hope you appoint one of our Fitting partners.
At this point we are hopefully in a position to finalise the design, product selection and in turn a Quotation. At this stage you will have also received a Fitting quotation from one of our Fitting Partners.
We will recommend one of our fitting partners to carry out a house/site visit. This helps with the design process and the possibilities for your space.
Btw Sandyford have teamed up with a number of Fitting Partners ranging from Bathroom Renovators to Tilers to Wood Floor Fitters. They have all joined our “btw approved fitting team” programme. We generally recommend one of our Fitting Partners unless you already have nominated a contractor/Builder, in which case we are very happy to work with them.
All our fitting Partners are regularly checked, to ensure the highest standards are reached andmaintained.
Drop in and meet us, either by appointment or if you’re just passing. As we can be busy, it’s alwaysbetter to make an appointment to ensure the best of attention can be afforded.
After meeting you, we usually have a brief chat to get to know you. We chat through your likes and dislikes, your favouite Pintrest/Insta pics and hopefully get a good understanding of your needs and wants.
At this point, we also try and get and understanding of your budget. It always helps to understand the level of budget involved. Sometimes the first consultation can be a little overwhelming due to the myriad of design possibilities and product choice. We often find a second consultation is required. This gives you a few days to digest everything, do a little research and form a clearer picture of your new space.
